FAQ

Who can use the gratitude list?

Everyone can use and benefit from using a gratitude list.

What is a gratitude list?

A gratitude list is any written list of things for which we are grateful. For our purposes, it is a page that contains 9 categories with 6 spaces underneath each category to fill in things we appreciate. The written list helps us to focus on all of the good in our lives.  It also can be used as a transformational tool to help improve our current mood or feeling.

What is a gratitude list workbook?

A gratitude list workbook is an interactive Microsoft Excel document that contains a 366 (enough for a year) gratitude lists, sample pages, ideas to jumpstart your gratitude in each category, and more.

Is the workbook difficult to use?

No. Anyone with cursory computer skills can download the document and start using it right now.

1. Open Document: Gratitude List.xls

2. Click on the “Gratitude List”

3. Click on one of the green boxes underneath the categories and start typing.

Do I need Mircosoft Excel to operate the file.

If you do not have Excel installed on your computer, you can download a free viewer to read the document.

Why should I pay for a gratitude list, when I can write one on a piece of paper?

You don’t have to. Pen and Paper are free.  However, many people find the hardest part in forming a new habit is the “getting started” or organizing part.  The gratitude list workbook takes care of all of this for you.

Purchasing the workbook is an investment in yourself. If you improve relationships, your work enviornment, overall perception of the world, or just feel a little better . . . Can you put a price on that?

How often do I use the gratitude list workbook?

Everday, write in the workbook, no matter what.  Fill in at least one space for each category per day.
